What is your Minimum Order?: We do not have a minimum order, but we will charge 10 CHF Handling fee for Orders under 50 CHF
How much you charge for Shipping?: We charge a flat rate of 12 CHF for all shipments within Switzerland.
Free shipping for orders over 300 CHF within Switzerland
For orders from other countries, we will charge the actual shipping cost.
After you submit your order, we will get back with a proforma Invoice including the shipping charges.
Why we cannot order more then you have in stock?: To speed things up, we do not work with Backorders. In this way you can be sure that we send your orders out immediately without delay.
What is your delivery Time?: Orders we receive until 11am on a workday, we aim to ship the same day if your status is “On Invoice”
